1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DATFYT platform, services, APIs, Work Center, or AI Doctor Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description & License
DATFYT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our medical provider intelligence software for professional network management, lead routing, and credentialing purposes.
3. Account Responsibilities & Seats
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Account seat sharing outside designated team subscriptions is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
DATFYT provides dataset intelligence and verification tools as-is. While we maintain rigorous data integrity checks, organizations remain responsible for final credentialing decisions.
