The Work Center is a centralized workspace where team members manage provider profiles, attach practice notes, set next-contact follow-up dates, and export formatted datasets to Excel.

Team Leaders can assign provider leads to team members in real-time. Assignees receive instant notifications and can Accept or Reject assigned leads, while leaders retain full Revoke control.

The AI Doctor Agent allows natural-language queries against NPI numbers, doctor specialties, practice locations, and taxonomy codes, with single-click Excel export functionality.
